The Lane Covid-19 Policy
The safety of our guests and team members are our top priority. While we consistently maintain high standards of hygiene in our hotel, we have implemented additional measures in response to the Coronavirus (Covid-19) and we are committed to taking action, at any level, to ensure the safety of all. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result.
We are working to ensure that we meet the latest guidance on hygiene and cleaning.
Full procedure for sanitising all hotel bedrooms after guest departure has been put in place, with particular attention paid to all touch points e.g. door handles, light switches, window handles, remote controls, lamps and furniture surface areas.
We have provided sanitiser stations throughout the building.
Additional cleaning of public areas and frequently touched surfaces.
For multiple night stays our Housekeeping team will not enter a guest room unless requested by occupants.
Management and staff will wear a face covering while on duty, with the exception of our reception team who have a screen in place between themselves and the guest. All guests of the hotel are asked to wear face coverings while in the hotel. We thank you for your co-operation.
We will continue to be vigilant at this present time, ensuring our team are doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of our guests, so you can enjoy a relaxing getaway.
In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), The Lane can only accept bookings from essential workers/permitted travellers, during dates where such guidelines exist. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival
